Guest safety is apparently less than third on the list here. I have already spent over 100 nights in Marriott properties this year and have never seen such disregard for guest safety. As you can see in the pictures the entrance is blocked for improvements. I understand that. There is only one way in and out of the property. Normally there would be flag people to keep things safe but there are none. When I expressed my concern to the front desk and brought someone outside to see the problem exactly what I described happened. Someone pulling in with right of way almost hit someone leaving the property in the one remaining wrong lane. That is a complete and utter disregard for my safety and the safety of other guests. I took these pictures 30+ minutes after raising my concerns to the property and this is what it looks like. I feel trapped as it is unsafe for anyone to enter or exit the property. Marriott is better than this. Please consider revoking Rodel Partners and RGH Hospitalities franchise.

Used the Marriott Bonney APP chat this morning at 6am to document my bathroom sink not draining. I mentioned they can fix it between 9am to 3pm. I got off work at 5:45 and found my sink still not draining. Resent another chat on the APP and its 7:30 pm and no one has resolved the issue. I get responses from the chat the issue will be resolved, but again no one has resolved the issue. Not a happy titanium elite member right now. Before I entered my room I made reservations for next week, M-F.

The place is ok. The sheets and pillow case I slept on had a weird odor to it which made it a tad uncomfortable. I wish the room had its own microwave. For a busy place the staff seem to be trying their best. As far as cleanliness goes it could use some help. Its a 3 star hotel that struggles to reach the 3 star

Very comfortable beds, pillows, and items in the room don't look dated, dirty or worn and torn at all. Clean lobby area (as of 2-12-2022 there is a mask mandate in Nashua, as well.) Staff is wonderful, amenities are perfect appreciate everyone keeping this place going during the pandemic. If you come here, prepare to treat the hard working staff with respect. They seem to go above and beyond my expectations whenever possible. It's nice.
