Alternator went suddenly without much warning and drained the battery. I had my young son and dog with me on a very hot day. Austin was very understanding, informative and responsive. A tech came over and put a battery in my vehicle to get it to their shop next door. They tested the electrical system and confirmed a dead alternator. The battery was also 5 years old so I was able to purchase a preferred battery nearby and have them install both the next day. Communication was good and price was fair. I'd use them again.

Ed really holds it down there. Super professional and pays attention to detail. Anything I needed he was there. Best auto experience I've ever had, not just from him but the whole staff. Made sure to keep me informed and up to date on what was going on the whole time.

Be aware of the work they do. My car got towed to them on Friday by mistake, called them Saturday around noon, and offered to drive the tires to them to get two tires and an oil change done by Sunday, didn’t get the car until Monday, had to miss work, and on top of that, my ABS sensor was messed up with lights on, they spent at least an hour trying to figure it out and sent me on my way when they failed to diagnose it. The next morning, Check Engine light is on. Now they want me to come in again for them diagnose when they couldn’t even do it the first time. Not to mention how their call center quoted me $370 with alignment, which just disappeared off the ticket mysteriously and then they asked $100 for it. Please, just go somewhere else in the first place.

I can’t thank these guys enough. Definitely recommend. I called them a hour before close to see if it was possible to get some tires mounted on new rims without hesitation they took me in and had me in and out with great quality not even a scratch. Guys there know what they’re doing and seem like really genuine guys
