I called to get a trailer tire mounted to a new wheel (hoping for same day) informed they could do it but roughly a 2 hour wait. When I got to the store to drop the tire and wheel the service advisor said to wait and 5 minutes later I’m walking out the door with the completed job. A big Thanks to the amazing staff!!

Sarah M was awesome she got me right in for an appointment. She helped me save with the coupon I had. I brought my car in early and they got it done very quickly. Sarah also helped check me out very fast the computers were having a problem but she fixed it and checked me within 3 mins. This is why I keep coming back to pep boys because the service and prices are awesome!

Had to get a taillight replaced quickly. I stopped in to this pep boys and they were busy, but Seth and Junior were able to fit me in and get it taken care of. Seth was especially impressive at juggling several customers, connecting with the mechanics, finding my part and handling the phone. Kudos. Great friendly customer service!
