Let’s start with dr Kim. Did injections without warning me what he was doing. I was in pain about to pass out. He didn’t care. I was told to get on this other table while dizzy and pushed out of the room. No one asked if I was OK the doctor was nowhere to be found. I like dr singh but she’s left me to suffer with a 24/7 spasm in my sacral area. Didn’t know what to do for me and no recommendation. I had to make an appointment myself to go back to neurosurgery’s office. Now I’m being sent to a grumpy dr that takes 6 months to get into. In the meantime I suffer. The spasm is also affecting my bladder and there’s no solution for that either as of yet. Very disappointed in this place. They can’t help me except prescribe muscle relaxers.

Where do I begin. I was a patient here for over 6 years and I have to say in the past year the service and care has gone down immensely. I never call in for an emergency and am thankful I never had one for all the years but in August I did. I found whoever called me back to be extremely rude. I found the idea of doing a video chat with my doctor two days after I called in to be ineffective so I cancelled it and went somewhere else. The place I am now going to stands leagues above this place. Do not have an emergency because you will sit in pain until they decide to see you. Poor care. I also find calling in when you need injections to be ineffective because you tend to wait to have them. This place has also became extremely ghetto. Did not feel comfortable here at all recently. I also find it interesting the billing practices as what I’m paying now at my new doctor vs. here is extremely different in price. $50 per visit vs. $500-$1,000 of dollars baffles me. Either way, do your research and find some place else that actually cares about you and not just another dollar. This review excludes the nurses and X-ray tech I’ve had for years there. They are still top notch with the care they provided.

Dr. Chu is a very personable and caring man who has a wonderful down to earth “bedside manner”. Anyone who is experiencing pain wants their doctor to acknowledge it and try to help them the best they can. I was given several injections in my back and finally found the relief I was looking for. I thank him for his expertise and caring manner. I definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Donna Cassell. Etters Pa. December 18, 2019

If it is necessary. They try to address the underlying issues so you don't have to take pain medication if it's possible.
