If I could rate 0 Stars I would. The most unprofessional thing I've had to deal with in my life. I showed up at 2 p.m. for an interview and no one was there. I rang the doorbell 10 times and called them 30 times for no one to answer either. I waited 20 minutes in 90 degree heat in the middle of a pandemic. Thanks for wasting my time and money

They don't even deserve 1 star tbh!!! But 1 is required to make a review.... They are an abhorable company AT BEST!!! Never in my life have I ever had to deal with such blatant disregard for the loss of a parent than when My husband's Mother passed ON MOTHER'S DAY!!! He was still a fairly new employee and only asking to miss 2 or 3 days of work dependent upon the deterioration of her health. But because according to the Incredibly rude, horribly disorganized and less than lack luster Witch with a B that is Charlene, others were "calling in sick" and they absolutely needed him to try to make his shift (mind you this crazy person failed to take into account that we were almost 7 hours away in SW KENTUCKY!) So we left, and My husband missed being by his Mother's side when she passed just 2 and a half hours after us leaving the hospital... These ppl don't care about their employees, nor do they care one single iota about their security contracts once they're obtained! The higher-ups don't even do the job to the letter of their security contract (tho that's precisely why they have the literature contained within the contract)!!! Basically if you have ANY OTHER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY WHATSOEVER over Guard-One... Don't just walk but run! As fast and as far as you can away from ANY entity that claims they are connected to Guard-One! Because with Charlene at the helm, we're all gonna get to see the implosion that is coming from having that absent minded, uncaring, and irrevocably uncouth individual running a company when it's painfully evident that she has no tact and her abysmal record keeping has her regularly double and even triple booking sites because she's obviously taken on more than she could handle but Hubby owns it Soo even if she's wrong she's STILL right!!! 😂🤣😂🤣😂
