A good option if you need to be in the area. Staff was quite friendly, room was comfortable and clean though weirdly small for a non-urban location. Breakfast was just “fair” - $15 for a buffet with limited offerings and not particularly fresh.

This use to be Crown Plaza, but Double Tree bought them out. I stayed here end of May 2022 during the weekend till mid week. They had one elevator out of service you would have though they would have put a rush on it to fix it especially since it was a weekend and they were busy but NOPE. Its cost more for a weekend repair service than on a weekday SERIOUSLY. But you rather inconvenience your customers instead and making the wait times for an elevator longer, and the fact that at time people packed the elevator with so many people at a time and none were wearing a mask its still Covid and not everyone takes precautions. The hallways smelled of smoke and are extremely hot and not comfortable, the rooms are are okay the water pressure in the showers could be better barely any pressure. Didn't seem like the new owners did any renovations to the place you would assume they did, but as soon as I got off the elevator and smell the odor of smoke I knew nothing was done, especially looking at the doors and hallways nothing had been updated. The Parking garage is convenient but dirty and not kept up its time for the new company to start putting some money into the Hotel its just dated especially the garage. The staff was fine didn't have to deal with them much just on arrival and departure.

Positive: Clean room, parking garage, decent view. Negative: Pool was incredibly overcrowded with teenagers, there was people running and stomping through the halls all night long. There was also no fan in the bathroom and no microwave and there were exposed electrical outlets, also wasn¿t given the room I paid

The two-bedroom suite had some maintenance issues (towel bar and toilet paper holder falling off the wall). At the breakfast buffet, the coffee creamers were warm and curdled. We mentioned these things to a front desk clerk, who said he would send maintenance up to the room. The next day when we checked out, I told the front desk manager about the issues so they could be addressed. She said the coffee creamers had ice crystals in them and suggested I was lying about the issues in the room. When we got home, I emailed Hilton corporate, whose reply said the hotel manager would get back to me in three days. That was 17 days ago, still no reply. I don't want any kind of refund or compensation, just acknowledgement of the issues. At $220 per night,, it was WAY overpriced for the quality of the suite we got. (The kitchenette cabinet doors also have chunks missing, but we figured that's not immediately fixable and didn't mention it.) The front desk manager was rude and not helpful. We will definitely not go back. It's a shame because this property has potential to be a great hotel.

Yes, pool is open to guests
Currently yes with an extra charge. They told me last week they are selling to another hotel management. This should go through in s couple of weeks. So I'm not sure what the new management will decide.
Not all rooms have a fridge. Suites for sure do.
