I liked it but it took me a while to find what I was looking for. I checked the website and the aisle I needed wasn't listed. There weren't a lot of employees around and those that were there were assisting other customers.

The employees were exceptional and no I don't know them lol. Made me feel welcome, they were very personable and helped me find everything I needed for my son's project. It has been a while since I was going to craft stores for supplies for my eldest who is ten years my youngest's senior. But upon my escorted journey through the store I saw some of the most beautiful yarn ever. I think my crafty side has been awakened once again. MICHAEL'S will be my one and only craft store.from now on. They won me over. Great service ladies, you made what would normally be a chore a pleasure. Thank you so much for a MORE than pleasant experience.
