I searched for a while for a digital piano to replace by big, old acoustic. In stores and online searches were fine, but walking into Darrell’s was the best move. Adam was very helpful and patient answering my questions and letting me try different products for comparison. I live an hour away in a very rural area, but delivery was free. Adam was very quick but careful in putting the piano and bench together for me and reviewed how to operate it. I love my new Clavinova! Thank you Adam!!

What's not to love: multi generational, family owned music store with extensive inventory and fantastic customer service. I purchased a Yamaha baby grand and had it delivered by Darrell's. My entire experience was stellar. HIGHLY recommend this team!

I wanted to get a good reliable piano that would serve myself and my music-loving kids for many years to come. I am very ignorant of what pianos should and shouldn't cost and what would be best for us and I was nervous of being taken advantage of. From reviews and reading a bit I could tell that Darrell's values seemed to line up with my own so I went in blind. Adam was phenomenal and I would imagine all of his staff are as wonderful as him. He put me right at ease and made me feel really good about the purchase I made. It was wonderful in that although I came in inquiring about affordable used pianos I got the same care and attention that I would have if I had been asking about a high end grand piano. I did end up getting a new piano and at a very good price. My kids and I are so excited. Darrell's is delivering the new piano and taking away my old one (it has issues namely a broken soundboard). What I thought was going to be a long tedious process that I felt uncertain about turned into a wonderful experience that I couldn't feel better about! This is a very good business run by very good decent people. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been searching for the past year to find just the right piano for our home. Because it is a considerable purchase, I wanted to be sure that I was getting the most for my money from the piano and the service. Darrell's checked all of the boxes for me. I stopped in from time to time and asked so many questions that Adam and Russ always took the time to answer. The whole staff at Darrell's are a pleasure to deal with and being a family run business (3 generations?) have every reason to make sure your experience is top notch. Delivery was quick and the piano assembled for me, and the warranties are excellent! My overall experience was exceptional and I would highly recommend Darrell's to anyone interested in purchasing a piano!
