I would just like to applaud Cliff and Keko for having to deal with the frustrations that we are going through and have integrity to do what was needed. My sister needed a vehicle, any vehicle at all, just had to run. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go with her the first time and that first vehicle didn't last a day. Even though they have a very extensive AS-IS policy that requires multiple signatures certifying that you know it is AS-IS, they told me to get the vehicle back to them and we could pick another car. My dad and I went up there to find something that this time will last. I am well aware of how annoying and frustrating it can be to deal with me and my dad when we are thrown into a situation like this. Cliff and Keko worked with us, wasting their time over a deal that wasn't going to make them any actual money. What we left with still needed some work to be safe and reliable, but nothing that I couldn't handle in an afternoon. I am very happy with what we ended up with and confident that she has something that will last until she can get on her feet. Know that you are not getting a mint condition car from this lot and you will be fine. It's where you go when you need something cheap.
Salem Asylum
This place can sometimes be a little sketchy. They oftentimes leave out important details such as previous accidents and broken parts. Other than that, It's a nice place to look for a cheap/affordable car. Though, I recommend if you intend to go here, definitely bring someone with that knows cars. Otherwise you might miss something that will cost you a ton in the future.

I went yesterday and was very interested in a car and we drove it then all of a sudden I hear grinding so that is most likely the transmission. Todd was very very rude. I liked it at first and then I told him I heard that noise and he caught a major major attitude. I won’t go there anymore.

Keep getting lied to about receiving the title. Have had the vehicle for 4 days short of a month and still don’t have the title and excuses keep getting made. One of the employees were rude to an elder and myself. Not fixing the problem or doing anything about it and just turning me away. Going to BBB about this. Payed $6,000 for a car to not run two days later AND I’ve put $3,000 into it in less than a month. Definitely don’t recommend and will never go here again. Don’t be fooled by their hospitality in the beginning.
