Troy T with Arrow towed my vehicle Atherton Auto. He did a fabulous job, and he was there in minutes, since he was close by. Great guy!! Great job!!!!

They caused damage to my vehicle and since the driver is lying about how he towed it, we’re just out of luck. DO NOT USE!!!!! Edit: I have already tried talking to the manager, Steve. He is choosing to believe his driver. The driver even said to us “if there’s any damage, AAA will cover it”. Unfortunately Steve has no interest in looking further into the situation/talking to his driver.

Bad service. Made an appointment at 7:00. At 7:30 I had no call and no truck so I called and the guy was rude to me, because I didn’t magically know he had to stop at an accident. I get a new car sent out, and at 8:30 still no car or call. I call again and THAT truck got sent out somewhere else. Literally just call me and tell me you can’t get my car instead of making me sit there for over an hour and a half. And everyone on the phone was so rude to me for no reason. I hate this company

5 Stars are not nearly enough to give Steve B from Arrow Towing in Council Bluffs, Steve B went above & beyond what I expected from a tow truck service Operator! Steve not only diagnosed the issue at hand immediately which made me feel alot better knowing it was certainly repairable, but also suggested a local Auto Repair Shop that could get my truck on the road the next day!!! It was also a relief to finally get out of the gas station parking lot in a busy section of downtown Omaha where I was blocking one of their gas pumps! Oh! And the cop that was eye balling me lol, so an evening that quickly became aggravating & nerve racking was just as quickly defused & eased by a simple piece of mind from a local tow truck operator who did more than just what his job required, he took the extra step to help a fellow neighbor in need. So We could surely use a lot more neighbors like Steve B.
