Owner pretends to be just a manger. Debbie is extremely rude over the phone. Called to help a friend and was told it would be an ungodly amount of money. When requesting to speak to the owner Debbie had the audacity to state that the onwers don't speak to customers without having a reason. For being a family business selling medical supplies they REALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY just the all mighty dollar. I guess even in these hard times it is more important to drive a jeep and live in a nice house than it is to provide customer service to those who depend on medical supplies for daily survival.

Called this place for an issue and asked for the owner and the gal that answered said one moment, then Debbie came to the phone and when asked directly if she was the owner she flat out lied and said no she was just the manager that the owner doesnt take blind calls. Then I asked when they are in she said the come in once in a while. She is a liar, why lie about being the owner unless you run a shady business calling the BBB as well as the AG office of California this place needs to be investigated!

We rented a hospital bed about a year ago for my fiancé to sleep in after surgery. Our experience at that time was exceptional. Customer service over the phone was easy and they delivered and picked up the bed in a courteous and timely manner. Fast forward to present day...we will be renting a power lift recliner so I went in last week to sign paperwork and check out the model. It’s a nice model and the price is decent. Again, the customer service was really great. Delivery is this week and I’m sure that will be a breeze.

I visited Professional Medical Supply today. I was greeted with smiles from the three staff members I encountered. Not only were they pleasant, they engaged in conversation and did not hurry me out the door. In addition, my purchases were carried to my car and loaded in. Great service! Thank you!

I am looking for a basic wheelchair that is easy to oprate. I had a foot surgery yesterday and I need a wheelchair to use around my home. If you have one, how much are the fees to rent one? and when I can pick it up? what is your policy?

I have no idea. I know they have them in stock. I would think they would offer what ever services you need. They are friendly, professional and work with their customers in a polite manner. I have been purchasing supplies for over 10 years from them.
