I reserved two 15 passenger vans in February to be picked up today (in June) around 8 am. I had the reservation confirmed via phone call both yesterday and this morning. Arrived around 8:40 to be told they just had to bring the vans over. It is now 11:00 and there's still no sight of either van. We talked to 3 other people who were all waiting here as well, everyone waited 2+ hours and 2 different people were supposed to get picked up and didn't, they had to find their own way here and then wait. If a reservation is confirmed for 8 am, the cars should be here at 8 am, full stop. We have 20 teenage girls waiting to go on a trip that is getting more delayed by the minute and we keep getting vague answers about when the vans will get here; the staff doesn't seem to know where they are! Avoid this place at all costs, management doesn't seem to know how to run a business. Update: One van finally showed up at 11:30 after we were promised at 11 that both of them were 15 minutes out. After waiting another 40 minutes we were finally told that the second van was supposed to be returned this morning (half an hour after our reservation started) and the customer didn't return it. Then they said they'd return it at 11 and didn't. So when they told us the vans were en route at 11, that was a lie, the second van was still MIA. At 12:10 they still weren't sure where it was. Finally got the second van at 12:45. I seriously don't know how the people running this place stay in business. We were lied to again and again as we politely inquired and patiently waited for hours. If they had been upfront from the beginning and told us the real situation it would have been frustrating but we at least could have avoided wasting half our day sitting there. Instead, we were repeatedly told that the vans were on their way and were told at least 3 times that they were 20 minutes out when that was completely untrue. I don't blame the poor people working the counter, because they seemed to genuinely not know what was going on. I blame the people here who make the policies that allow things like this to happen. Ours was the worst case today, but everyone we saw and talked to there was also made to wait hours past the time they reserved a car. Very very bad business techniques if you're trying to retain customers. We would have left if we had been able to get 15 passenger vans anywhere else at the last minute, and believe me, we tried. You could not pay me to come back here.

I made a reservation and went to pick up the car around 11:30 am. The agent (Rue) she went to the back and came back 5 minutes later to tell me they didn’t have any car for me, and the soonest they can get me one would be at least 4pm. The reason was I made my reservation the same day, and they have people ahead of me. She added they tried to contact me but they didn’t have my contact info. That’s just ridiculous because I have my email and cell number on the reservation details. Also I asked why they made the reservation knowing they didn’t have cars and had people waiting, she said their website doesn’t update. I asked to speak to the branch manager, she sent Austin to me. I don’t know if he’s a manager but I asked him how is it fair that I should wait over 6 hours to get a car and it’s their fault they’re making reservation more than they can handle? He said to me “how is it fair to them that I make my reservation the same day and except them to have a car ready”. I told him I was done talking to him, so he turned around and walked away. I walked away from the lot, called a Lyft and went to the airport and had to make a reservation on the spot, and I was able to pick up a car there. The gentleman that was sitting in the office was telling me that he had been sitting waiting since 8am and he got a car around the time I was leaving which is close to noon. Terrible service, and terrible agents. At least the two I had to deal with. I don’t recommend this branch or this company at all. *update I emailed the email I was given on this automated response to my review and 2 weeks later I am yet to hear from anyone. The terrible customer service seems to be a trend in this company.
