She gave insight and opinions when looking at the design of our new home. She went above and beyond and made us truly feel like we mattered by listening to us and helped us by color matching with each room. I would highly recommend Mackenzie because she cared about the customer’s needs over just selling furniture and making commission. We will definitely be back to see her in the future!

Chandler went above and beyond helping us pick out living room furniture for our new home. He was very friendly and personable and made us feel at ease as we browsed the store. Chandler took the time to answer all our questions and went the extra mile to help us get the suite we wanted at a price we could afford. One usually doesn’t think of buying furniture as a pleasant experience, but I can truly say that in this case it was exactly that. We will definitely be back to Ashley Furniture for our future furniture needs!

We were greeted at the door by Nicolas. We told him while we were there he allowed us to browse on our own and would step in from time to time and ask if we need any help. He was very easy to work with and to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about the purple mattress and the adjustable bed frame. We did purchase a mattress and bedframe through purple and it was nice to be able to try the different mattresses out before we made the purchase. Nicholas was outstanding and helping make decisions and offering advice. It was almost like he could read my mind. I would definitely shop at the Mansfield Ashley store again and I would either like to shop with Nicolas or Carol
