First of all today was my last time eating from this Wendy’s, l found a eyelash hair in my fries and I had to throw them away!! To the mangers, you all need to train your workers what “GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE” AND “ MANNERS” means, just bc a person fills out the application doesn’t mean they are always fully equipped to work with the public! Teach you Employees not to rush your customers, by asking or demanding “anything else, anything else” ,before they are done speaking! Young and rude! I’m done here!

This Wendys is closest to my office. Therefore, it is a common lunch spot. I order on the app often and usually do not have a problem. Today, was the day that changed. The lady in the window was extremely rude and incompetent. Then, my order was shoved to me including my drinks. If an employee cannot handle their aggression they shouldn’t be in the window. Of course, once I check the bags I’m missing an entire order of 10PC nuggets ! Unfortunately, since I am on a timed lunch I did not have time to go back. This location has to do better with the customer service. Here is what I received that was NOT my order.

Quite possibly the worst and most consistently horribly ru nWendy's ever... these folks are incompetent. Orders are never right, food is old and room temperature. The time it takes to get food on average from ordering at the drive in to pulling away is 12-15 minutes. I have been here 5 times now. Horrible just horrible. Fire them all, and shut this location down.

I went to this location after my Uber eats driver had mixed up our orders to get food for my family. The employee working at the front of the drive through giving out orders was so polite and friendly, which made the experience 100% better. It’s rare these days and I certainly hope he is being compensated well. This absolutely made my drive though experience so much better, as I usually dread it. Thank you
