Their lot rents are always increasing. Last time i considered staying there, they increased the rent 10% over the weekend. AND, following my $75 non refundable application fee. Should be called 'shady view' due to their poor management skill set.

Not worth their hassle. They have done lease to own. Lot rent increase every year. 'management' leaves little to be desired. Run from this group... Horizon homes is the upper management.
I thought they had one. Nice pkace. But, know that the homeowners are under the microscopic rule of dictator management.
Call management. Beware though because they will quote a price, then easily change it the following week.

There is 2 spots open but you would have to call the office to get the rent price I do not know it.
