Quite possibly the moust corrupt court in North Carolina. Fayetteville university employs multiple people to include judges and other staff who work in this courthouse ie Fayetteville State has the courthouse in their back pocket. Then you have this court that doesnt understand the most basic rights a person has ie the Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution. So if you get charges in this county because of the tyrants who work at FSU its a done deal. The county is corrupt.

I had a court case there and the judge did not care about my side of the civil case and also was discussing the case with the attorney of the other party prior to the time of the case and prior to me being in there as if they were scheming against me and how they could be sure to have it ruled against me. So this resulting in the other party being ruled in favor of this judge needs to removed from the bench.

I wasn't allowed to bring my 5th grade daughter at the time even though she was a witness to something that never happened. I was told she had to be 16. I had no choice but to leave her in the little lobby right outside the courtroom. I was worried about her.

Just go and screenshot it that you went if they closed... Those people work off of their own agenda. I went there for jury duty when i know i called the number and was told i didn't have to go. They love to lock you up for no reason besides to make their self feel better.
