If you see reviews for better than 1 star, they are lying. This places is by far the worse place I've ever lived. Nothing gets fixed no matter how many times you put in a work order. Feral cats everywhere. Garbage everywhere. Unsupervised children running around constantly. Loud music almost every day and night, you would think someone was hosting a rave. A few times we had strangers trying to open our front door. Having to play the "was that gunshots or fireworks" game constantly is stressful. Calling it a gated community when the back gate is wide open and the security gate upfront has never worked is a joke. Having rules for a community but no one is enforcing them just defeats the purpose of having rules. The pool is never open. The whole place is a safety hazard. I cannot count how many times we got a memo claiming improvements to the neighborhood would be taking place but the neighborhood never improved. It always seemed to get worse.

Sad to say EVERY negative review is correct. I’ve only had my keys to my home for 18 days and have experienced just about everything negative that has been stated. And I have yet to move in because of it. I keep getting the run around and false information from the staff. The home I received was newly Renovated however it’s also infested. They keep saying they are taking care of the problem but in all honestly I don’t believe they have done anything at all. Nor will they provide me proof that they have.The property mgr even mentioned that everyone has roaches in the community but they have no active account with any pest control company to come spray annually. I’ve been lied to on numerous occasions so I tried to escalate to whomever is over the ones in the office. Only to have the door slammed in my face. Nothing that is ever stated is consistent with the pior conversation nor do they update you on things of importance. So if I was you I would find somewhere else to live. Because this what use to be a nice community is far from it now. And don’t get excited about the pool it’s just for show they have been saying for over a month it’s going to open up “within a week”. They don’t take the tenants here seriously and it shows. The home was NOT cleaned until I said something about it either. I have more videos and pictures but I think you get the point. I also received a high water & sewage bill from them not coming to fix the running toilet I told them about SEVERAL TIMES. UPDATE: The DM has made contact and is going to help me I just pray no one else has to go through this !

I can not tell you the last time I got rest for stray cats under my trailor. It is becoming to be a big inconvenience. I do not hate any animals but when you have a person feeding them on the regular and nothing being done about it. This is crazy. Lord protect my home. This trailor park is full of them. If anyone would like any free cats please come and get them. I just don't see how you can go up on rent under these conditions. signed bothered tenant

Unfortunately, I have lived here for years and with the new owners everything has gone down. Our air conditioner broke on Thursday, and stills has yet to be fixed, it’s currently 90 degrees in home. There are also a lot of issue with plumbing, my home has flooded and multiple times and has had leaks, management refused to get maintenance to fix it untill I threatened legal action this caused my water bill to be over $700, which I am still trying to pay off. The pool is basically for show it’s never open. I beg you to find a better place to rent, don’t settle for it this place . I also recommend paying attention to negative reviews especially regarding the management. Hopefully I am able to move soon.

Great area for kids,pretty quiet at night too so no worries about neighbors waking up your kids. They have a nice park and a decent sized pool.

They have really made alot of improvements in the park and constantly are. I am in the park every week working I never see any trouble and I haven't heard of any in a while . The office staff are down to earth people who care. They have made alot of changes in the past 5 years . At 1 time the reviews may have been true but not now and residents seem pleased with what is going on. I hope this helps you.
