I want to personally thank Noah for being there to help us along with Chris. I will say I was a hard and difficult person to work with. They pulled it off for us. It was one bad news after the next with buying. I called and/or text Noah every minute of the day seem like. He answered our questions and guided us on what needed to be done. Our experience was a roller coaster but we finally got it done. Thanks Noah for being that ear and eyes (via text) when I needed to vent or give you good news or bad. Thanks Chris you were the go to person also. Thank You guys for everything.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.. I have bought a home from here and this has been so painful, if i could give the house back, I would. I closed on my home in May of 2020 and did not move in until the last day of 2020. Buy at your own risk..... update 7/20/21 i have gave them a bad score because of their level of service that i have received. I have a year warranty on this home. the repair guy asked me why i give them a bad score, that's so unprofessional. I still have issues with the home, but because i made them look bad to clayton homes, they are trying to ignore me. i'm so upset i can't type. email me for my contact info and i will give the full story. bet!!! Update to this day 4–1-22 I am still waiting on warranty work to be done. Today is 5-22-22 it’s raining and my roof is leaking.
