The network is OK. However only package available is the 10mbps package. For a family of 5 this is not enough. When we first moved in they promised the towers would be upgraded by the end of the month. It has now been 6 months and no other packages are available. If they provided more options I would increase my rating.

We live in the foothills near Placerville. We had Hughes for several years (incredibly slow internet.) Switching to Zeta was one of the best things we've done. Service has only gone down a couple of times, and they were prompt to get it back up and running. Internet speed is very good.
