This company has great customer service they helped me switch out my current cell phone provider for 2 cell phones in under 15 minutes. I can’t believe it only took 15 minutes to replace a company I used for 14 years. To make it better I got my screen protector replaced at the Jacksonville Mall for 5 bucks. Life is good. Now I got rid of paying 119.48 a month to 60.00 and that’s the way the cookie crumbles

Good service and employees. They are very helpful in finding what you need. Service is very helpful in telling you how to set up and troubleshoot your internet. I recommend making an appointment to avoid the long wait, as you will bump down in line as the people with prescheduled appointments show up.

I was told that the modem probably needs replacement. Disconnect and bring it in to them.
You can make a payment in person during all hours the store is open. I will also let you know there is always a long wait, sometimes up to an hour, to see a clerk. Payments are not taken ahead of other customers; everyone is in the same line. There is a payment kiosk which is working 75% of the times I've been in there. I suggest 1) pay online or by phone, or if you need to go in person, 2) make a reservation! When you get there & sign in on time (I do everytime now), you're automatically 1st in line. Hope this helps!
U would probably just be needing to call customer service and give them the new address as long as u have a wire already there they probably can do it on the phone

It's because they DO NOT HAVE GOOD customer service.The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.Theres no communication.Just ask the person that comes to connect your service,they will say the same

Yeah, I got this off of Google Spectrum provides a remote control with each of its receivers at no additional cost. We will repair/replace the remote if it doesn't work as a result of normal wear and tear. You can pick up a replacement remote, at no charge, at your local Spectrum Store. Please bring your old remote with you.
