Bad business. Was told to take cable box to holly ridge to turn in, super high charges they dont warn you they sneak in. Advised to turn in and go to office, they say no we dont take boxes. Go to Jacksonville, you have to schedule appt. What a JOKE

It's because they DO NOT HAVE GOOD customer service.The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.Theres no communication.Just ask the person that comes to connect your service,they will say the same

Sometimes this happens with new hires. Probably should train a little better at local offices to prevent this from happening.
