I always go to this hair store and today on a Sunday they are open 1-6pm. We got there when they first opened, and the lady in the back with the wigs was very helpful and patient. I went to the front and asked the lady who was cashiering if I could get some earrings out the case. She asked a third lady who was working to open the case for me. I guess we disturbed her on her cell phone because she came over like it was a problem. I let her know which ones I wanted, and she had to take them to the register and I couldn’t touch them. I asked her “are they lightweight”? She said not even looking at me “Mmm hmm”. Then she threw them on the counter and told the cashier “here, I gotta go read these texts on my phone”. Then she started complaining about how no one was working with them during her shift, and that it was only her and the cashier. She is doing this while the cashier is trying to ring me up. Then she proceeds to lean back on the counter and get back on the phone. I will never go here again and I hope they fire her!!!. The other two ladies were helpful.

Customer service not that pleasant.. Cashier on the phone holding a conversation while checking customers out.. No acknowledgment when entering the store.. One young lady on the floor willing to assist customers.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The staff was super helpful and found me a great wig for my costume. I can't thank them enough for all their help. I recommend anyone to come here!
