Had some problems setting up my mom's new phone. I wanted to bring it into the store and have them do it. Only to find out you cannot call the store to find out the hours they're open. Your call is routed to a robot who tries to help you. Aggravating and useless.

Worst Spectrum store ever. Years ago this place was great. Now its best to find another place or call customer service direct because the odds of getting anything done right here is next to none. The people on the floor seem to be great but how the store I guess is managed is not. Every question I had was would need to call customer service. I call customer service and tell me the stores can also do this and in some cases have more freedom than they do. I had 2 issues over the matter of a couple weeks, getting resolved each time has been a nightmare. And now I have lost money which now of course benefits spectrum. Will never go to this place again nor will I look at this store again. If you need real help, call customer service or check out the store in Viera. I hear nothing but good things about the Viera store which ended up being amazing, and nothing but complaints about this place.
