Since Bright house was bought out by Spectrum, the prices went up, and service Went down. You can change the box at the Palm Bay office
Yes - I agree, when Spectrum took over the price went up and service quality & support went (way) down! Have been customer for around 35+ years - there is no reward for loyalty! You can get a cheaper rate - cancel your service for 30 days (minimum) and sign back up... Sad but true!
You can swap it out for new ones at the palm bay rd office with no problem. And yes... The service sucks sometimes too!
Yes. Take your bad one and get new one, over there. Spectrum gave to every customer now 100 mps speed, our old computers can not keep up that speed.
I've brought many a box to palm bay Spectrum and swapped it out.last week I brought a Dvr & regular digital box and swapped them. I even asked for another remote & hdmi
To answer the other question, you can exchange the boxes in person at any Spectrum store. Be sure to take all power cords abd remotes as well. Or as suggested you can call for phone support and ask for a tech visit to swap, though they may charge a fee for that.
You definitely have a problem and no, it's not normal for it to happen and you should call customer service to troubleshoot the problem and have a tech fix your problem. Spectrum is a great service but they have issues like all other services too.
