Don't help with getting your service right. Being without my phone for 2 weeks. They keep sending me to other departments an they not helping either. Patience about to run out.

Lots of workers but standing around talking to each other..only 2 workers helping customers with a line of people to the door to outside..unreal..i would give this spectrum store a big fat 0 !!!
