She has assisted my roommate and I throughout our entire moving process. She even got us into a new apartment to meet our move-in date needs. Loved living at the Grandview Apartments by Albion. Lived there for 2 years while I was in law school and wish I could have brought my apartment back to Pittsburgh with me. The staff, especially Hannah Rollison, always responded to me quickly and courteously. Their amenities are fantastic as well.

Don't know I just delivered an Amazon package only went to front door did not look around.
No weight limit. But there is a restricted breed list.
Rent varies based on what unit type you are interested in. You also have to pay electric, gas, and cable/internet. There is a small fee for the companies utilities too (presumably for the gyms, pool, club house, etc). You don't have to pay trash or water. There is no recycling. I live in a 2bd unit and on average, I think our utilities are around $250 for cable, internet, gas, and electric. Not sure what others pay.
IDK when they were originally built. But I do know we spent the last year and a half upgrading every unit.
