These apartments are amongst the best in Columbus. They have a really great gym, free workout classes, it's right next to the Columbus Commons and Scioto mile, the apartment are furnished with high quality material, the building itself is made from concrete and steel so the apartment is sound proof, and the balcony has a great view of the Columbus sky line. The downside is that the elevators and shared spaces get damaged but never repaired. Construction is still going on so expect to be stuck in the evelators on your way to work for at least 5 minutes. There is no cover from the rain or snow on the way to the parkng garage.

We loved our stay. The apartment was well-appointed, the instructions for use of the key fob were clear. It was great to have a real kitchen, coffee pot, toaster, and refrigerator available. The location was great for walking to the Palace Theatre. We used the parking building across the street. Would definitely stay again.
