We stayed one night. What a great place! The room was nice, beds were comfortable and it was quiet. There was a fridge and safe in the room. The room was very clean. This hotel is located half an hour drive from Firekeepers Casino. We were able to check in early and checkout isn't until noon which is very nice. There are two dinner restaurants, a breakfast restaurant, a Starbucks, a salon and spa as well as other businesses located inside the hotel. Check the hours of these businesses before booking your stay because open times vary on the day of the week. I paid for parking to be included with my room which also got us 2 free drinks at one of the restaurants. There is a walk way from the parking garage to the hotel. Definitely check out their upgrades available. I didn't know about the first responder discount until after it was too late but that's ok. I recommend staying here if you are in the area!

Wonderful accomodations....Staff professional and friendly. Our conference meals were beyond great(loved all the brownies and cookies). Conference rooms were well stocked with water. Our room was clean, well stocked with water, coffee, and toiletries(oops! I guess they don't go together, my bad). Even with the construction going on at the Radisson. I did not feel it detracted from our conference. Thank you for taking such great care of us while we attended Great Lakes Rotary PETS March 10-13, 2022.

We booked one of the best room with hot tub inside the room. Was planning for a relaxing weekend and gathering with our old friends from college. Unfortunately when we enter the room, the hot tub was not clean, there were some black dirt on the bath tub and smelled funny. The couch inside the room has some stains on it so I had to cover the stain with towels. This was not the worst part, at 1:30am there were two women fight horribly in the hall outside of our room, one of the women her face was covered with blood!! There was only two hotel securities and they were not helped stopped the fight. Those two women were yelling and said so many f words towards each other and one of them were even half naked. The fight lasts until 2:30am!!! The next morning when we checked out I tried to ask what was going on last night, the front desk just told us it was not their duty to tell us and not even tried to apologize to us. No one came to us and apologize for the horrible stay for us and we paid over 500 for that night. For sure I would never go back and not recommend to this hotel to any of my friends.

It's a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. The stores, restaurants, and bars on site are really nice. The decorations in the hotel are beautiful especially when lit up. They're in the middle of renovations, but nothing that lessened my stay. My biggest issue was with paying $20 extra for parking a night. It's just a pet peeve of mine, parking should always be included in a hotel stay. Hotels located downtown, close to many other places, making it convenient. The view from the hotel is also nice.

They absolutely do have a shuttle service
There are predators in that area; child trafficking is a SERIOUS issue so they are watching. Parents shouldn't send their children to public restrooms alone.
If ur room has a hot tub "in it" as some of them do. There r none😊
Its possible
No. $20 to self park, $30 for valet.
You will still want to park in the parking ramp next to the Radisson. It has a bridge that you can take you to the Radisson from the garage.
Available in some rooms, make sure to notify when booking to get one.
