Convenient location, rooms were spacious and well furnished. Lots of channels on the TV. Pool area was nice, friendly staff. Nice hotel breakfast included, with the typical offerings --cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, eggs, waffles, etc. Housekeeping came by each day to refresh towels and empty trash. Only complaint was the rooms could've been cleaner.

Rooms are spacious but needs some upgrades for bedding ( wrinkled, worn), no USB ports. Bed was comfortable though. I slept well. We did have a problem one evening with the toilet backing up but it was taken care of in a decent amount of time. Breakfast is nice too.

We had problems from the beginning. It all started with the elevator breaking down and were on the 4th floor. I can't climb 4 flights. 1 of the 3 rooms wasn't ready. Price in email was much higher then she gave us in the beginning. All in all, they got the elevator fixed, rooms ready and went out of the way to make sure we had a pleasant time. Thanks Emily, Jenny and Kevin you guys were wonderful!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Choose Best Western at your own risk. We have been fighting fraudulent charges for over a month now. The hotel we stayed at charged us an extra $250 after we checked out for "smoking in the room" and "checking out after 12:30". 1. We DON'T smoke and never have. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke. 2. We were at a dance competition by 10:00 and my kid was onstage at 12:30. The hotel refuses to refund the money and corporate refuses to overrule the hotel. "It's up to the hotel to provide any refund they deem necessary". That's like saying it's up to a mugger to return your wallet if they decide they don't want it!! I cannot believe any corporation thinks this is an acceptable way to do business.
