They do not rent to single moms. If you do get into a "home" you will be judged and dragged in and out of court until they decide to take you to court retention of property, which you will lose and they will put you out regardless of your payment history. All because you are an unwed mother😭

I would recommend another park. Nothing positive about this place other than seeing it in your rear view mirror.
