I have a couple tickets on my driving record that cause my any insurance policy to be super high. However, Mark Arellano gave me the best coverage policy I would never expect. He went above and beyond trying to get me a satisfying rate. Also, I had accidentally purchased a ridiculously rip off policy with Fiesta because I thought I had no other alternative. Well, Mark was able to help me get my refund through Fiesta because they were trying to bully me of my refund when their policy was ridiculously expensive. Thanks to Mark I was able to get my refund and he sat with me on the phone with the other insurance that took forever on the phone trying to avoid my refund. Mark is truly an awesome amazing compassionate person really trying to help people and that’s something rare we see now these days. I would give a lot more stars to Mark because he truly is a shining soul!!!!!!!
