fix ezpay! why do i have to log in twice to pay a bill? once to see it and another to pay it! and then when i have to pay it theres always a timeout error!

This utility company needs an investigation, they literally have a license to steal. My Mother is 92 and her water bills are outrageously high. Only two people in this household and her last bill was $500!!! My brother that lives in Whittier with his wife and daughter and tons of plants to water, the average monthly bill is 30-50 dollars a month. I will be looking into an investigation because they claim the meter is correct and we know there are no water leak issues.

No stars actually...Worst experiences everytime you speak with costumer service and their so called supervisors. They Don't resolve problems they actually make it worse. Their water meters are the worse at actual readings. With out a doubt these is the worst utility company I have dealt ever.

They close at 5 and shut your water off at 4:45. How stupid is that? Oh, best part, they shut off at 4:45 but turn it back on only before 4:30. Too bad there's not a competitor because these people would be out of business quick. Icing on the cake too: they charge a "convenience fee" of $2.50 per transaction and only accept payments in amounts of $250 online or over the phone. If your bill is over $250, expect 2 charges for $2.50...for your convenience, of course...
