When looking for an agent you always want someone who is going to be responsive and professional. Elvis is the epitome of both! My experience working with him was great. Where do I start? I was referred to Elvis by a coworker and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Elvis was super attentive and willing to go house hunting as often as I wanted to. The program I used required A LOT of patience, unfortunately after getting my offer accepted ever step took longer than it should've. However, he stayed professional the whole way through and was very diligent in communicating with all parties (seller's agent, escrow, and lender) and keeping me in the loop. It was definitely a bumpy ride (due to my lender) but I couldn't have asked for a better agent to go on the ride with. The evening he handed me my keys was bitter sweet bcuz I was happy to FINALLY be a homeowner but I knew I'd miss everything about the process (even the headaches, lol) and our daily communication. I'm looking forward to inviting him and his family over for the first BBQ. :-)

There is no set fee. Depending on owner’s time frames to sell, and marketing required to sell your property in your area, our fees can range.
