This branch could be so much better for the community. I have changed my location to this location I have an several account here. But I have fallen victim to a certain banker who looks pretty and nice in person but her mouth is very sharp and mean, she is not courteous at all, she acts like a mean person in charge. We are not you family members we are customers treat us like you want to be treated. Your example to those new faces there are horrible that are working at the branch now. I come I. Regularly and will be in today I suggest the branch need to have an inservice on professionalisms and customer service. I have spoken with the branch manager on her but it has fallen to death ears. We will revisit this soon. Stay tuned.
