I am not impressed at all. I don’t require too much from a hotel but this one is not worth the money. The service is not good, the hotel is worn down and dirty. The floor in our room has dirt, the tub was brown, the mattress cover on the pull out couch has some stains. The pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable. The pool was warm which is a positive. There is not a hot tub. The pool hours are nice though. I suggest staying somewhere else.

Rooms need smart tvs and better sound proofing. I could hear traffic all night. I got zero sleep basically..hot water runs out very quick during a shower. Update the hotel please. I also asked for more towels day 1 of my 2 day stay and they never brought them.

If I could give no stars I would! The hotel is absolutely disgusting. It smells horribly, the carpet is nasty, sticky and full of stains. The hotel overall is outdated. The rooms floor seems to dip down in places. The bathrooms lighting is very bad as if it was trying to cover up how unclean the bath/shower was. The day staff was very rude and unaccommodating. Several of the rooms AC didn’t work. We stayed with a group and they oversold rooms and didn’t have the right rooms for half our group and had to move. What was worse is that I am an elite IHG member and they didn’t care. I will say the night staff was great.

The room was ready on time, clean , and what we expected. But what I wanted to review was the service, it was outstanding! The manager Christine took our entire group of people (30+) and catered to everything we ever could have asked for! She kept a crowd of boys entertained, and quiet(shocking) so that the other guests could also enjoy their stay! She even helped us when we were trying to make reservations for 30( almost impossible these days!) she really made the trip for not only my family but for every family involved, good work Christine!!!!
