Very disappointed with the room quality and overall upkeep of the hotel. Sink missing the stopper! Dead roach in the bathroom… green tinted water filling the tub! Headboard has seen better days! Mattress very uncomfortable!

We were very disappointed with the quality of the room and the lack of updates to the hotel. The ceiling of our room was damaged, the headboard was flaking off, the fridge was balancing on a washcloth, there wasn't a microwave.... The surprise $75 incidental fee surprised us. The website boasts things this hotel does not offer. The staff was great! If the hotel reflected their attitudes, it would be top notch. Also, the bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds.

Staff was very helpful and friendly It was nice to go away for a weekend and the staff of the hotel act like they enjoy their job and wanted to be the very hospitable THANK YOU We enjoyed breakfast you could have waffles, eggs, or just fruit and yogurt nice clean dining area. Our only complaint was the bed was extremely soft hard to rest sinking in it. We will return when in the Kalamazoo area

Amy was awesome. Coco was the rude & argumentative. Coco actually told us "go back to your room" when an issue arose. Terry needs to work on his communication skills. There is no reason one employee should be the only one who has a clue how to do her job and also have to fix her coworkers mistakes. Because of Amy we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great.
