The hotel overall was very dirty and unkept. This hotel overall was just filthy and unkept. We stayed one night and never had a single full size towel. We were told three times housekeeping would be delivering them to our room, that never happened. The faucet in the bathroom leaked onto our belongings. The toilet was not cleaned (Gag!), the side of the bed sheet had several yellow stains, there were visible spill stains on all of the walls (coffee, pop, etc.), and crumbs on the tables and floor. Our entire team was shocked and disappointed by how bad of shape this place is in.

Stayed one night for a wedding. Staff were personable and not in a faux kind way. Pool and rooms clean, breakfast was available earlier and later than stated times. Some gym equipment was broken and rusty. Overall great stay.

It was a decent hotel. The staff was great! Very helpful! They had some room troubles but I wasn’t sure what was going on but it worked out fine. The room itself was very nice! Except the bathroom, there wasn’t much toilet paper, towels, or wash clothes. No bath mat either. The breakfast was mediocre. I was disappointed when I went to get apple juice but I got water instead. All the juices were just water. Not a lot options for breakfast and the fresh fruit tasted funny. Overall a good hotel but not the best I’ve been at!

We have stayed at many different Hampton Inns as Diamond Lifetime members so we were surprised when we had some trouble with check in as the staff member was confused and fairly new at the job. The rooms are definitely dated but overall comfortable. One of them definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. Another issue was the shuttle only runs a few hours a day to GRR airport. Overall the staff were nice and tried to makeup for all the mishaps but there's clearly some improvements and renovations to be made.
