Living at Brookdale has been a nice experience

Not a good choice for your family,they charge The family over the limit,a lot of residents have to move out because after a year or 2 they are broke,all Brookdale care about is the money,the aides don’t work together,they don’t talk to each other, Plus the AIDES don’t get paid enough to do what the want them to do,& all the nurses do is just sit around with each other and chat,if there a emergency card going off, & a aid can’t go,the nurses just sit and make order,they don’t go to see what the residents need,when you really think the residents come first over Brookdale in Farmington,think again,it’s like a playground ,no rules nor regulations..it’s the first place I see so many people on light duty for years ,you can’t do the job ,get people to do it..I wouldn’t recommend a single soul to either go live or any person to apply for a job there! SORRY!
