I was very happy with the technician who did my initial exam and then I was left waiting for 45 minutes to see the doctor. The Doctor did not acknowledge or apologize for the very long wait time, he then rushed through my exam without sharing anything more than i needed a cataract removed. Not welcoming or personable with me, I left not knowing anything more about my eyes than when I arrived! I’m sure my 10 minute tone slot with him caught him up from running behind. I will not have Dr Koval do my surgery as he clearly could care less. Very disappointed !!!

The doctors there are very good and very knowledgeable; however, if you need contact lenses, I would avoid this practice. My doctor can only prescribe glasses and you have to pay a separate fee to deal with unfriendly contact lens staff. This was not the case many years ago when Monica was there, and frankly, I paid the extra fee, because she was a delight to work with. Unfortunately, all that changed since Monica left about three years ago.

I had trouble with my left eye for years, I was sent to many different specialists. I finally ended up in the office of Maryna, ive never been treated so well, with compassion and expertise. My vision is now perfect and my irritation is gone. I will be a patient for life!! Can't say enough, thank you Maryna!!
