This has to be the single worst bank in all of Metro Davidson County.When I say this bank has the slowest tellers in all of creation, it still doesn't do it justice.Fully staffed and only one other car in the Drive-Thru with me. Why would it take 17 minutes of my lunch break to deposit a check. Stood in line yesterday for 23 minutes inside. This place is a train wreck. I'm spoiled bc the W.F. in Bellevue is fast, efficient, and 100x more polite.

I opened an Online account,, and I have spoken with customer service Rep and was told that I could bank transfer $2k a day, Atm withdrawals of $700, Wire transfer up to $2k, spending limit of $2k none were successful except atm withdrawals and a few purchases, all others were denied. I put in for a bank transfer and Wells Fargo didn't allow it to go through. (Was also informed that it would take 2 days to complete/transfer.) Did the transfer through the APP, waited, and after the 2 days still no transfer..... I Was then informed that I can come to a Wells Fargo Bank and make larger withdrawals. To also add insult to injuries, embarrassing and humiliation, constantly declined purchases due to reaching daily limits even though I made no purchases for some of the days. I'm disabled and live in KY and the closest bank is in Nashville TN. I have to drive 2 hrs to do so. I am withdrawing all of my funds from my account and placing in a local bank... Was told if I withdraw over 10k that IRS will be notified, but its Rediculous that I have to drive 2 hours to withdraw funds that I need leaving me no choice but to withdraw all of my money from my account..... I can't run my business efficiently with these stipulations.The worst banking experienc that I've ever experienced in my life

Have been sitting in the drive thru for 45 mins and called several times and no answer and finally someone came out to direct traffic and then when I came and told someone about wait time, she proceeded to laugh in my faceThanks so much for your feedback.
