Waiting 30+ minutes just to close my account - no customer service to speak of. I haven’t even been greeted yet and have seen 6 employees working who have all repeatedly ignored me. Closing my checking account because funds deposited and accepted via mobile app were withdrawn from my account from the bank 2+ weeks later after I destroyed the original because the picture taken and accepted by the banks mobile app was too fuzzy. No notice at all from the bank before “adjusting my account” by taking the check sum back a week before Christmas. Untrustworthy business practices and non existent customer service via phone, in person at this branch, or via the social media reps that respond to these reviews. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE FOR SAFEKEEPING!!!

Very slow staff, you have to explain something 3 times for them understand and they over complicate their rules. Take your money and put it in a local bank or a credit union. These people are monsters. I’d give them NO STARs.

Some employees don't need to work at places where customer service is badly needed. Very unprofessional and liars. Can't Imagine this staff just because he wouldn't serve me through drive through lied me to go use ATM when I already told him the ATM was not working.

Decided to turn off overdraft protection on my account. I was approved and spent about $1500 of the banks money. It took me nearly two months worth hard work to almost pay it off completely. A couple days before receiving my check, which would put my account into the positive, I decided to check my account and it was a balance of around -350. I was super excited, finally my account was going to be in the positive! Guess what the bank decided to do a day after I checked my balance, they decided to close the account. Honestly, I couldn't believe it, I was sooo close. I'm completly mistified. I've been trying to call the branch, since it was with them I opened the account, but haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. I no longer live in the city which makes it even more difficult for me.
