Dealt with the bank manager. After she got done lecturing another customer and was uncomfortably rude to him. She proceeded to try and treat me the same way. VERY argumentative and condescending. I’ve been with wellsfargo for 20 years will be closing my account after this experience. Bank managers have always been there to help, this lady seemed to enjoy telling people no and enjoys confrontation. Then continued on after the conversation was over that she knew people at my work and would mention our experience to them as a threat.. will never go back

I would have given this place 5 stars originally because the tellers and bankers were so nice and helpful. The only problem is that I had tried ordering checks from this branch and they have failed twice now. The first time they sent my checks to the old address; probably because my old checks didn't have my new address even though I told the teller my new address to print on the checks but for some reason he didn't send them there. The 2nd time I went to order checks from there, I found out what happened to the first batch of checks and the banker ordered the checks to be sent to my new address; or so I thought. Weeks go by and I decide to just order them online; I come to find out that the banker had never even ordered them the 2nd time!

The times listed are correct, however this bank is NOT open on Saturday. Don't waste your time like I did.
