This location’s customer service is horrible. There was one teller working at the counter inside with a huge line. Several other employees sitting/walking around doing nothing and nobody was able to help at the counter?? Response to BoA: no, my transaction could not be completed at an ATM because you cancelled by debit card and I’m still waiting for the new one to arrive. I could only get cash out from a teller. Additionally, you no longer do temporary cards, which was disappointing.

Had to check on my account and was very nice folks at this location. I would suggest new people moving to the area to consider opening an account at this branch.

Manager, Melissa, incredibly pretentious and. rude. My husband and I tried to cash a Bank of America check that had been issued by Geico for an insurance claim. She did not even ATTEMPT to help us. I suspect it was because we were approaching closing time. She told us that they did not keep that much money and that it would have to be ordered blah blah blah.... She refused to negotiate with us. Period. I asked her if there was another branch that could help me out with this and she insisted that it would be the same issue at any other branch. This was not a huge sum of money! It turns out that the Church St. branch of Bank of America is extremely accommodating. They were able to handle the transaction, no problem. We interacted with several staff members and they were all very patient and helpful. I highly recommend reaching out to the manger, Shima at the Church St location. If I could give zero stars for Bellvue, I would have.
