I went to start off by saying I'm a nurse myself and I used to work in urgent care. The two ladies in the front office were very helpful and seem to know what they were doing as well as being very pleasant. I got an appointment quickly was able to use the web check-in before it even opened. I would have preferred to see a doctor instead of a PA but the PA I saw was okay. I came in knowing what my diagnosis was and I was right. Was a quick appointment I would definitely recommend going to this place. Make sure you call first if you're needing any kind of Imaging done as it won't be available every day because there was another patient in the lobby that came but due to staffing issues they weren't able to do any Imaging that day with x-ray. Everywhere right now is short staffed for medical so this is definitely understanding, so be patient when you are getting any medical care currently because this is everywhere.. Overall with a pleasant and quick experience.

Had a cooking accident that resulted in a cut finger & I was panicking pretty badly, but the staff were incredibly kind & patient helping me calm down & treating me. They gave very clear instructions on how to take care of it & I felt like they were genuinely concerned with my well-being.

Had a great first visit to CareNow! The wait wasn't the worst one I've had at other places. I was in and out in 2 hours. Friendly staff. Clear communication. Definitely will be going back there for my needs in the future. Thank you guys for taking care of me!
