Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at an urgent care. My boyfriend was having what seemed to be an allergic reaction to the medicine that was prescribed on Monday. Tuesday morning, I took him back in because he was not in a condition to drive as he had gotten worse overnight. After waiting for 30 minutes, the receptionist said she didn't want to take our money and the doctor probably wouldn't change his prescription. Once she talked to the doctor, she told us that he would only be having an allergic reaction if his throat was swelling or he had hives. Also, we should call back by Friday if his symptoms did not get better. We ended up going to another urgent care where they confirmed our suspicions about an allergic reaction. He was prescribed a new medicine and has condition has improved.
