You need to CALL the lawyers that are advertising the recall for that matter an get your name on there list because there is going to be thousands of people getting in on this kinda lawsuit to the Pharmaceutical company and as it's stated it's for a limited time that they will take names of ppl affected by the drug

I'm not sure about this with them, you would have to call them or try them out. From my experience with them on my car accident they did nothing for me for the 3 months I was with them. I cancelled and hired a new lawyer who is already in negotiations with the other parties on my case and I've only been with this new lawyer for 2 months. I would say try them and see maybe they'll be different with you. Good Luck!!!
