I keep getting bills and I'd like to pay but they have no way to pay online and I can not speak so calling is not an option. I ran out of checks and it takes forever to get them so what do I do? How can they not have a way to pay online? They are threatening a collection agency but if I can't pay what am I supposed to do? I'm extremely unhappy... I have tried all that to pay my bill. If I go to the page you listed I get a message saying my account number is incorrect even though I use the one that is ON THE BILL. Also...they IS NO LISTING on the bill to pay online. It says to "pay by phone" which does me no good whatsoever. Now is there anyone who has an actual answer or do I just say eff it? Of course then that will show up on my credit report and I'll have to get an attorney because not offering someone like myself a way to pay is a breach of the ADA but hey....whatever.

Prices may be more expensive here! I had to reschedule an Echo and there were no appointments at my local Vanderbilt Heart clinic. I used the online portal to reschedule and it just listed all possible locations. It did not distinguish between hospital-based locations and non-hospital-based (to my recollection. If there was a note it was not obvious). I usually pay nothing for this exam but this time I got a bill for $1250 after insurance. After digging around on the patient portal I found this site listed as hospital-based and read that prices can be much more expensive (double or quadruple) than what you would pay for the same service in a regular clinic. I am very disappointed that no one I talked at Vanderbilt Health informed me of this and that the distinction was not readily available when scheduling. The service was fine, but no different than my local clinic. Use caution when scheduling online at Vanderbilt Health.

I come to the clinic whenever I can't make to the Vaderbilt Campus location. I'll have to say that it's very convenient for me to come get my Labs drawn. I would say, if you're a walk in, the best time to get here is after 4pm. I guarantee you'll be almost in and out if you're coming for just Lab work. The nurses and technician's are always nice and welcoming. The still have a mask policy so be prepared for that. Overall, just a great experience!

Monday - Friday 7 am - 6 pm.
Their transportation is available to pick up either place- at hospital or at 100 Oaks. You can go from hospital to 100 Oaks or from 100 Oaks to hospital but there is a time they stop running (5 or 6pm, I think)
No valet but parking is close and they have a drop off and someone to help. If you park in the back you can also call and they will meet you with a wheel chair.

I am unsure about that. I only go there on weekdays. Sorry, I don't have an answer for you.
I have no idea. It is our Jackson, TN, dr who referred my husband to Vanderbilt...done after a long medical journey. But, I know it is no dr working alone, so if you are here for your problem, all the liver drs will confer if there is any question in your treatment at all. But, if you must come, and you need a hotel, request Home2 by Hilton. Great care, direct drive to Vanderbilt.
Its several suites depending on the department. If you need help one of the nice ladies at the front desk will tell you where to go.
