Do not recommend. Incredibly unprofessional staff. Nurse took an accusatory tone, insinuating I was lying when I said I had a small amount of clear liquid that day. Then, i told the nurse I was unaware I was not allowed to drink clear liquid before the appointment, she said she left a message 4 days ago. I said I didn’t see that message. She said that it was indeed 4 days ago, so I am to blame for missing it. I checked my phone when I got home and saw she left the message at 8 AM that day, not 4 days ago, and she still lied and condescended me. The worker at the front desk laughed at me despite it being their own staff that was wrong about the issue. The surgeon was amazing; my wisdom teeth removal went extremely well. It’s a shame that the workers there do not match his level of professionalism.

So thankful to have found Dr. Vega and Dr. Ames!! They are excellent at what they do! Prior to going to Vanderbilt, I had little hope of someone that could help me. My lower jaw bone had deteriorated extensively. So happy that I was directed their way!

From the front desk personnel to the Doctors everyone is really nice and helpful. Dr Lin and her staff not fixed my issue with surgery, but they were all very patient, answering any questions and concerns I had.

They got me in for a consult, pre op consult, and then surgery all within a great time frame. The staff are awesome, and surgery went better than expected.
