This is a new experience for me. The front desk worker did not greet me. When I walked up, she was typing on an iPad so I waited for instruction. She then handed me the iPad and said “Fill this out. You’ll get a text to do the rest.” I then waited for 30 minutes to be called back. I was the first one in the building when it opened, by the way. The nurse was friendly. It took another 20 minutes for the doctor to come in. He didn’t ask about my symptoms or how long anything had lasted. He just looked at my throat, listened to my chest, and said, “I don’t think it’s strep. We’ll see.” and walked out. He was in the room maybe 20 seconds. When the nurse came in to do the strep test, her response was “He wasn’t in here very long at all. That’s unusual.” I doubt the results I’m going to get. There’s no way anything could be determined accurately with that brief of an examination and no questions asked. All he ordered was a strep test. I am all for minimizing unnecessary steps, but I lack confidence in this doctor’s ability to diagnose me accurately. I will not come back to this facility. Update: The nurse and doctor both talked on their phones with friends while I waited 30 minutes for a strep test. I’ve been here for almost 2 hours now. The doctor gave me my report. It has diagnosis listed that wasn’t discussed with me. It also has the level of severity ratings that the patient stated (4/10, 6/10) but I was never asked those questions. This was a big waste of time and a botched visit. Don’t come here. Care Now and Concentra are much better facilities with great patient care.

This 5 star review is specifically for Kimberly who went over and beyond to help me get my results back. With any business, you have people who care and unfortunately some who don't but after a couple attempts to get my results back, she owned the issue i was having. Thank you for going over and beyond.

I called and a person answered right away, so for the beginning...great! My question answered over the phone quickly. I arrived and no one was in the waiting room, even parking lot was empty and i wondered if they were opened. I spoke with the same person as over the phone and he was very nice and helpful. I filled out the paperwork, explained the situation and what test i went in for, and paid for it in advance. I was called back and a lady checked my vitals, she was so nice. I gave her all the necessary information that i gave the front desk guy and I was put in a room waiting for the doctor. The doctor came in not having shut the door and asked "so what's going on?" To which i became confused because this is the 3rd time i had to explain my situation which was very clear and easy to understand...especially with the blood test i wanted to have taken. Now i have healthcare professionals in my family so i know the tricks of the trade and let me just say, this is why people have a hard time with trusting healthcare professionals. You have dishonest ones mixed in with honest ones so it makes people less likely to trust to begin with. Instead of acknowledging the blood test i wanted and paid for, he tried convincing me that a different test has the same results. First of all it doesn't but that's not the case. They are two different tests administered two different ways (blood and pee test) and accuracy comes out different depending on the time the tests are given. Secondly, if they give the same results, what is the issue with ordering the blood test i wanted and paid for? In the healthcare field what it boils down to is the money doctors receive, they profit more from the one test versus the other (good for them because of receiving more profit but bad for you because it's not what you wanted nor paid for). After further explaining my view he finally ordered the blood test which the front desk guy came in and drew blood and sent it off. The front desk guy told me 3 days at the most that they would get the results but that it could be as long as 2 additional days to hear back from them because the doctor would have to review the results. What's to review? Either it is a positive or negative pregnancy result. There isn't anything more to review from what the lab sends back to the doctor. I read another persons review and agree that the waiting time is rather long. There are other places that don't take long and actually care to have your business. I am not upset with this place but rather feel sorry for them. The last little issue is when i called to get my results and the lady that answered sounded like she hated her job and it was another mundane day. She said the person will call me back when they get it....no "what is your name?" "What is your phone number?" "When did you come in?" Nothing....she didn't "care" enough to even ask and i just asked her "do you know my name, do you have caller ID?" And she said "no, when they get the results they will call you" and i said they mentioned they would get the results back from the lab no longer than 3 days which has already passed mind you. Lack of care, lack of desire to do good at this place...a place gets out what work they put in it. Personally if you want great customer service and to feel like you are cared for and can trust those who have your interest at hand, find a different place. If you don't mind the lack of care, the lack of honesty, or lack of call back...then come here. The place i normally go to doesn't do the blood test anymore so that is why i was recommended to come here but i should have read the reviews first. Live and learn though.

0. Asked them if they took my insurance. Lady on the phone who was very unprofessional had no clue. So she doesn't know the basics of her position. She put me on hold for a few minutes just to tell me yes. Walked in she said yeah we don't take that. Very terrible secretary experience.
