If there was a zero, I would give the Radiology Dept at Beth Israel Deaconess that. My daughter was in for a myelogram. Her care before, during and after the procedure was negligent. She was in incredible pain during the procedure, to the point her gown and body was covered with sweat. Her gown was never changed even when she asked about it. The nurse assisting the doctor told her it was a simple procedure and she would be able to exercise later that day after she got home. Wrong information. The procedure was the most painful she ever experienced and she is supposed to lay flat for at least 8 hours to prevent a spinal headache. Once in recovery, she was never checked by a nurse for over an hour. Everyone was at lunch so no one took responsibility to find coverage for her while they ate lunch. Her blood pressure was never taken, no water was offered to her, she was never checked. She was never offered at least minimal sedation or anything for pain. She was so angry for the misleading information, compassion and care, that she insisted on leaving as soon as she could. This was the worst ordeal she has ever had and I would suggest you find another place to get this procedure done. This is an amateur operation. Go somewhere else.
